He previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, LGL Systems Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: DFNS) from September 2019 to August 2021; Chief Executive Officer of LGL Systems Acquisition Corp. from inception to September 2019; President, Levalon Properties LLC (2007 to 2018), a real estate property management company; Senior Vice President, Bayshore Management Co. LLC (2005 to 2006), a real estate property management company; Director of Investments, Liam Ventures Inc. (2000 to 2005), a private equity investment firm; and Director, ICTC Group, Inc. (2010 to 2013), a rural local exchange carrier headquartered in Nome, ND.

A seasoned investor, operating executive, and Board Member with over 30 years’ experience across several industries including real estate, gaming, consumer products, technology, and financial services. Mr. Foufas holds an MBA in marketing and strategic management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in history from Boston College. Mr. Foufas was a founding board member of Auxiliary Board of the John G. Shedd Aquarium and is currently a Sustaining Guild Board Member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.

Mr. Nossokoff is a graduate of Clemson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as Indiana University, where he earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business.

He previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer of IronNet, Inc. (NYSE: IRNT). He also served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc., a cybersecurity company focused on the federal and enterprise markets; Director of Driving Dynamics Inc., a driver education company focused on fleet drivers; Vice President - Strategy and Corporate Development of Jenzabar, Inc., a leading enterprise resource planning ("ERP") company servicing the higher education market; Senior Vice President - Business and Corporate Development of Permabit, Inc., a software-as-a-service company acquired by Red Hat, Inc.; President and Chief Financial Officer of WhipTail Technologies LLC, a pioneering flash array company acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc.; Managing Director of Revolution Partners LLC, a technology investment bank; Co-Founder of Mustang Capital Partners, LLC, a secondary private equity fund; and Director - Technology Investment Banking at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Inc.

Mr. Pforr brings a wealth of operating experience building technology-enabled companies and creating shareholder value. He also has considerable investment experience sponsoring numerous investments by Bain & Co., Mustang Capital, and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.

Mr. Pforr is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance; the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Master of Arts in International Studies; and the College of William and Mary, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
