We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential investments and business relationships, arrange requested conversations, administer investor subscriptions, maintain business records, operate and protect the website, and comply with applicable obligations. We also use technical information to understand website use where analytics are enabled. An inquiry or pitch submission does not, by itself, enroll you in investor updates.

5. Service providers, disclosures and website technology

LGL does not sell, lease or rent the personal contact information you submit to us. Information may be accessed by personnel who need it for the purposes described here and by relevant professional advisers and service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable obligations.

Webflow hosts this website. HubSpot supports our forms, customer relationship management, submitted materials and investor subscriptions. These providers process information needed to deliver those services. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, measurement and form interactions, depending on configuration and your choices. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some features may then work differently.

Embedded resources can connect to their providers when a page loads. Our stock charts use TradingView; its widget documentation states that the widgets do not set cookies but receive operational data such as the embedding page, requested symbol and IP address. Our map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, whose provider receives network request information. Our Financial Reports page also embeds an SEC-filings feed hosted by IssuerDirect. External services’ own privacy notices describe their practices.

6. Your choices, retention and privacy requests

Investor updates are a separate, voluntary subscription. You may unsubscribe through the link in those emails or contact IR@lglgroup.com. Unsubscribing from updates does not prevent a response to a separate inquiry you make.

We retain information for the purposes described in this notice and to meet applicable legal, recordkeeping and dispute-resolution obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information and relationship. No website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
